Introduction (论坛主题):

With people's pursuit of high quality of life and the demand to resist various health risk factors such as viruses, people urgently need to find a strategy to enhance their health. Existing foods contain rich health-promoting components, which have been for humanconsumption for thousands of years, but their importance and mechanisms of action have not been recognized and valued by us until recently. With the theme of bioactive ingredients and health effects in foods, this forum has invited famous experts and scholars from China, Germany, and the United States to share with us the latest research results and their rational thinking on functional foods. We look forward to the forum.

随着人们对高生活质量的追求和抵抗病毒等各种风险因素的需求,人们急需寻找一种增强自身健康的策略。现有食物中蕴藏着丰富的健康因子,已经被人类利用了几千年,但它的重要性和作用机理直到最近才被我们开始认识和重视。本论坛从食物中的活性成分与健康效应为主题,邀请了中国、德国、美国的著名专家学者,为我们分享最新研究成果及对功能食品的认知与思维,敬请期待。
