Food & Medicine Homology致力于报道食品科学与医学前沿交叉融合研究的最新成果。期刊发表有关植物、动物和微生物的论文,报道利用现代科学理论和技术挖掘的具有营养、药用价值和保健作用的食物资源和物质基础,深入探讨其健康促进功能、作用机制和调控模式。聚焦具有药用和康养价值的食物资源中成分-功效-机理之间关系的科学证据,为开发兼具营养、保健、康养、医疗功能的健康产品提供理论基础。文章报道的内容具有创新性、影响力和高学术质量。
